1. Web application development life cycle

Duration: 3 hours

All participants will work in a group of 3 to 4 people. Every group will have a task to define project development plan (tech goals, project requirements, choice of dev technics and tools, project environment requirements, team members, task schedule) according to given instructions and business cases.

2. Version control software-Git

Duration: ~2 hours 

This workshop will introduce versioning systems and functions of GitHub, platform for software development. Participants will learn about GitHub basics, how it’s organized and how can you use it in most efficent way. Groups will have mentors from Red Black Tree company. All participants need to bring their own laptop. Working language of the workshop is Serbian.

3. Foundation of UX design

Duration: 2.5 hours

On this workshop you can find out more about basics of how user experience is built using one of the popular techniques in UX world – prototyping. You will get an overview of what prototyping is, when is it used and how it helps you to improve your experience with the end users. Software engineers Marija Popovic and Jovan Strugar from Zuehlke will familiarize you with the role of UX today and share their experience with everyone interested in this topic. All this through interactive case studies in groups of 2-3 participants followed by knowledge-share and support of trainers.
